Our mission is to send you quality plants or products. We inspect the condition of product before it leaves us. We package it carefully and make every preventive to protect from external damage. However if you have some problem, Please read the following:
Cancellations and Refund policies for pots and bonsai Plants
[ Note: These conditions are applicable only for pots and bonsai plants].
- Return would be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
- Refund is provided only in case of replacement for the same product is not available.
- Products should be unused.
- Returns will also be accepted if the product is totally different from what you ordered.
- Inform us about damage within 24Hrs. of delivery with receipt.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging with the original invoices.
- Please package the return packets strongly and adequately so that product should not be damaged during transit.
- If product is damaged during post-delivery then it would not be accepted for return so please mail three photos [Front, back and Top showing damage clearly] of damaged product before post-delivery at [email protected]
- In case of cancellation refunds will be processed within 10-15 days.
- Delivery charges should not be refundable

- Once order is confirmed and payment is made by you, order cannot be cancelled. Order will be processed and booked for shipping to your address.
- Return will be accepted if the product is totally different from what you ordered.
- For damaged/Defective products, only the replacement for the same product would be provided, No refund.
